Dominican puppet company. Established in 1991, Teatro Caquito is directed by Marcos Rodríguez and it is aimed at children. The company has performed in many national and international festivals. In 1999, they opened their own theatre space. They also run workshops and classes. Notable among their repertoire are the pieces: David y Goliat  (David and Goliath), Historia de Piratas (Pirate Story), and El rescate de la patria (The Rescue of the Country).
