Chilean puppet company founded in 1999 in Santiago by Mariana Libenson. La Rueda (The Wheel), which also includes Alejandro Nazar, bases its work on the creation of long-length and short-length shows, and on the design and construction of puppets for theatre, television, and video.

The company’s most notable productions include La Construcción (Construction, 1999), La Tala (Logging Destruction, 1999), and Gerónimo va de pesca (Gerónimo Goes Fishing, 2001). La Rueda has participated in international festivals in Mexico and Brazil.
